Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Stila purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring they are well-protected, and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
